In this role, you will work closely with the Store Manager and leadership team to learn daily store operations, support team members, maintain department standards, and develop into a strong leader over time. You do not need to be a polished Assistant Store Manager on day one, but you must be dependable, hands‑on, willing to step in wherever needed, coachable, comfortable working with people, and genuinely interested in learning how to lead others.
