Nursing Supervisor - ER

This position may qualify for a sign-on bonus Serves as clinical resource to patients and team members and provides leadership/support in day-to-day clinical operations. Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for professional nursing care of patients within an assigned department. Plans and organizes training for unit staff members and participates in guidance and educational programs.
