As an Early Intervention Specialist youll work with infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) and their caregivers to support developmental growth through family-centered evidence-based practices.

Schedule: Full-Time (30 Hours) and Part-Time Available

• Monday - Friday 8 am - 4 pm

Responsibilities:

• Conduct developmental assessments and evaluations
• Partner with families to develop and implement IFSP goals
• Provide home community and group-based Early Intervention services
• Coach and empower caregivers to support their childs development
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with EI standards
• Participate in supervision team meetings and professional development

*PTO is calculated using an accrual rate based on hours worked .

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 300 hours working with children under the age of 5.
• Flexibility in scheduling is required including occasional evenings.
• Strong organizational interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other required documentation software.
• CPR/First Aid Certified (or ability to obtain certification within designated timeframe).
• Valid drivers license reliable transportation and willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred

• Experience working with infants toddlers and families
• Knowledge of family-centered and coaching-based practices
• Home or community-based service experience
• Bilingual or multilingual skills

Working Environment

This position is community-based and requires travel to homes and community settings. Candidates must be comfortable working in a variety of environments and utilizing technology for documentation and communication.
