Key Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting a unit that best fits their needs Participate in team meetings and training sessions, contributing to the continuous improvement of strategies and practices. Perform assembly, relocation, and minor repairs on trailers as needed. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Maintain accurate and up to date reports. Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor information. Provide product knowledgeable, recommendations and support to enhance customer experience. Maintain an organized and inviting sales floor. Process transactions and manage inventory efficiently. Performs other duties as assigned.
