Are you ready to take the next big step in your hospitality career? Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for our Banquets team - a leader who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do and shares our passion for service excellence!

What are we looking for?

• A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with guests
• Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience
• A collaborative team-player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success
• A strong passion for food and wine, supported by a high level of product knowledge
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting

What would you bring to the table?

• 2+ years of supervisory banquet service industry experience preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
• Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Current New Mexico Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications
• Ability to stand and move around for the entire shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs.

What would your job responsibilities be?

• Use your genuine, authentic personality as the primary point of contact for all banquet events, ensuring smooth coordination and exceptional execution
• Anticipate and understand guest needs, taking thoughtful action to create memorable experiences
• Maintain clear, open communication with in-house group contacts to support seamless events
• Remain attentive and actively engaged with all operational departments, including Catering, Conference Services, and Kitchen teams
• Act as a confident, solutions-focused problem solver, delivering high-level hospitality, accommodating special requests, and assisting with inquiries related to hotel services, operations, and events
