Position Responsibilities

* Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and accurate diagnoses

* Develop and implement detailed endodontic treatment plans

* Perform root canal therapy, retreatments, and surgical endodontic procedures as needed

* Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to ensure coordinated patient care

* Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care for long-term dental health

Essential Job Functions

* Utilize advanced dental equipment and modern endodontic technologies

* Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation

* Stay current with advancements and best practices through continuing education

* Ensure compliance with all ethical, legal, and regulatory standards

* Deliver exceptional patient care focused on comfort and satisfaction

Qualifications

* DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program

* Completion of an accredited Endodontic Residency

* Active Connecticut dental license (or ability to obtain)

* Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills

* Proficiency with advanced endodontic technologies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* High attention to detail and commitment to patient-centered care

Compensation & Benefits

* Competitive salary range: $180,000 - $350,000, commensurate with experience
