Position Details Location: Fort Wayne, IN. Facility: Parkview Hospital – Randallia. Role: Centralized Registry/Float. Category: Nursing – Flexible Opportunities. Schedule: Part Time, benefit eligible, 7:00 am–7:30 pm, Days. Shift: 24 hours. Summary This position is eligible for a sign‑on bonus. PBH/MS Flex Team members will float between Med‑Surg units at Parkview Randallia and be cross‑trained and float to all PBH campuses. Patient acuity levels will vary. Flex Team members receive $8.00 premium pay on top of base rate and any shift differential as well. Responsibilities Independently plans and provides excellent professional nursing care for patients in accordance with physician orders, established hospital and departmental policies and procedures, American Nurses Association Standards of Clinical Practice, Indiana Nurses Practice Act, and the ANA Code of Ethics.
