WE ARE LOOKING FOR A POOL TECHNICIAN TO JOIN OUR TEAM!
Island Pool Service is seeking a reliable and motivated Pool Technician to maintain and repair residential and commercial pools and spas. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, learning new skills, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of pools and spas
- Test and balance water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, etc.)
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair pool equipment (filters, pumps, heaters, etc.)
- Maintain accurate service records and report any issues
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding services and recommendations
- Travel to multiple job sites throughout the day
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Experience in pool maintenance and repair (preferred, but not required)
- Basic understanding of water chemistry and pool equipment (training provided)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must be dependable, punctual, and eager to learn
