Provide strategic leadership and oversight for complex transformation programs, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives. Manage dependencies and drive value realization across multiple workstreams. Translate organizational strategy into measurable outcomes and develop multi-year roadmaps. Design governance models, decision-making frameworks, and escalation protocols to enable timely decisions. Ensure integrated planning across business, technology, data, and process change initiatives. What's Needed? Extensive experience managing large-scale transformation programs within enterprise environments. Strong expertise in dependency management, critical path analysis, and project delivery methodologies. Proficiency in Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
