Bilingual Site Coordinator

Catholic Charities of Central Colorado, located in Pikes Peak, is seeking a compassionate, organized, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Site Coordinator for their Family Connections team. This role involves creating a welcoming environment, connecting families with resources, coordinating on-site services, supervising and supporting volunteers, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, trauma-informed, and passionate about strengthening families and helping the community thrive.

Key responsibilities include:

• Welcome and assist families
• Coordinate front desk operations
• Train and supervise volunteers
• Provide administrative and data support
• Coordinate donation efforts and special events
• Assist Spanish-speaking clients
• Partner with the Family Navigation team

Qualifications:

• Associate degree preferred or currently enrolled in higher education classes in human services field
• Two years of experience providing human services or customer service
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Availability to work a flexible 40-hour workweek. The typical schedule is MondayFriday, 8:00 a.m.4:30 p.m. A flexible schedule is required and may include up to 12 evenings per week and one weekend day per month to support operations, family engagement activities, and program events.
