Position Highlights

• Specialty: Emergency Department (Trauma-capable)

• Shift: Day Shift (12-hour shifts)

• Schedule: 36–48 hours/week

• Patient Population: All ages, including trauma cases

• Setting: Fast-paced acute care ER

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered emergency care

• Perform triage, assessment, and rapid intervention

• Develop and implement care plans using critical thinking

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes

• Educate patients and families in high-stress situations

• Supervise and guide nursing staff

• Ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care delivery

What You Bring

• Active RN License (California)

• BLS/CPR Certification

• 2+ years of recent Emergency Department experience (3+ preferred)

• Strong clinical judgment and ability to thrive under pressure

• BSN preferred
