IT services technician - Chicago metro

Salary: $50,000 - 65,000 per year Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential
• Enjoy collaborative teamwork

• Aptitude for problem-solving and quick learning
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office 365 is advantageous
• Experience in building desktops and troubleshooting hardware issues is beneficial
• Associates or Bachelors degree in an Information Technology field is preferred
• 1-2 years of prior technical support experience is desirable
• Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy is a plus
• Must possess a valid drivers license and have access to a reliable vehicle
• Home office accommodations are necessary; all required equipment will be supplied by the company

• Deliver IT support to end users through remote engagement and on-site visits
• Assist with Microsoft technologies including Windows and Office 365
• Set up and deploy new laptop and desktop machines
• Record incidents and adhere to resolution protocols
• Consistently provide outstanding customer service
