Strategic Tax Planning Lead - M&A & Global Structuring
AES Corporation
AES Corporation, the largest US-based global power company, seeks a Planning Senior Manager to lead US federal and international tax planning for development opportunities, acquisitions, and dispositions. You will partner with M&A, finance and business development to deliver high-quality tax support, advise on structuring, monitor regulatory changes, and collaborate with tax accounting and compliance teams on risk and opportunities.
