Senior Clinical Research Associate - Oncology - Midwest
Worldwide Clinical Trials
Senior Clinical Research Associate role focused on CNS and oncology studies at a global CRO. The position involves managing site activities across clinical trials, conducting study initiation visits, and ensuring regulatory compliance, primarily working remotely from the Midwest.
Responsibilities
- Manage research activities and compliance at participating clinical trial sites
- Conduct study initiation visits and oversee site setup activities
- Support contract negotiation, budget management, and regulatory document collection
- Train sites on proper data collection and safety event reporting procedures
- Monitor site compliance with informed consent and regulatory requirements throughout studies
Requirements
- 5+ years of Clinical Research Associate experience
- Bachelor's degree or nursing degree required
- CNS and oncology therapeutic area experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Current residence in Midwest United States with regional travel capability
