Our Pre-Sale Associates play a crucial role in building excitement and growing our membership before a new club even opens its doors! This position offers tremendous growth and career advancement opportunities. You are preparing to transition into a new role after the club opens. What You’ll Do As a Pre-Sale Associate ✔️ Build quality relationships in the community while representing the Crunch brand. ✔️ Generate leads through conversations and community engagement. ✔️ Execute key pre-sale marketing actions like handing out flyers and managing social media presence. ✔️ Support the management team at pre-sale events such as site activations, BBQs, one-day sales, and our grand opening party. ✔️ Act with integrity—only collecting quality leads from genuinely interested potential members. Who We’re Looking For Outgoing and energetic personality—you love talking to people! Organized and detail-oriented—you get things done efficiently. Service-minded & team-oriented—you thrive in a collaborative environment. Professional and self-motivated—you take initiative and lead by example. Effective communicator—both in person and online. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required. Willing to walk and work outdoors extended periods daily.
