- Inspect, diagnose and repair vehicle issues, including electrical, drivability, and underbody repairs
- Use diagnostic equipment and software to troubleshoot concerns
- Work independently and as part of a high-functioning team
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area
- Document work clearly and accurately
- Represent Rad Air with professionalism and pride
- 5+ years of professional automotive experience
- Diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and repair issues
- Professional, career-minded approach to work
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- ASE certifications are preferred but not required
