Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join an outpatient team in Toms River, NJ. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with the geriatric population, thrives in a supportive team environment, and is dedicated to improving patients' mobility, independence, and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for geriatric patients

Provide therapy focused on mobility, pain reduction, and functional independence

Support post-surgical recovery, fall prevention, and long-term wellness goals

Collaborate with PT team, aides, and administrative staff for coordinated care

Document treatment in EMR according to Medicare/insurance guidelines

Communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and family members

Qualifications:

Current New Jersey Physical Therapist License (required)

Degree from an accredited PT program (DPT or MPT)

CPR Certification

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience with outpatient orthopedic and geriatric populations preferred
