Job Details Position: Back-End Developer, Senior Type: Full Time, Remote (Must be located within a 20-mile radius of San Antonio, TX) Security Clearance: Top Secret/SCI (contingent upon contract award) Responsibilities Provides subject matter expertise and analytical skills to support process improvement, specialized studies, and requirements definition. Performs engineering tasks related to back-end design and development, including architectures, RESTful APIs, database management, and data models. Minimum Qualifications 10 years of experience in the relevant field; Bachelor's degree required, Master's may substitute 2 years of experience. 10 years in software development with object-oriented and scripted languages, including DevSecOps tools, microservices, and containers. 5 years of recent experience in back-end web development and system testing. Experience with relational databases, RESTful APIs, system integrations, and architecture frameworks like Node.js, Django, Angular. 5 years of experience with bug tracking software (e.g., Jira) and testing web applications. Experience leading software development projects. Practical experience in cloud environments. PostgreSQL or equivalent database certification required.
