Nurse Manager - NICU

Job Title Nurse Manager – NICU at Providence St. Jude Medical Center, Fullerton, CA – Full Time, 8‑hour Day shifts. Description The Nurse Manager will plan, direct, and manage nursing care delivered to the neonatal intensive care unit. Responsibilities include overseeing unit operations, staffing, budgeting, employee relations, patient satisfaction, and implementation of practice guidelines. The role models proactive collaboration across interdisciplinary teams, develops policies and procedures, and ensures care standards meet patient needs. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in nursing. California Registered Nurse License upon hire. American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire. National specialty certification within 1 year of hire. Minimum 5 years recent experience in an acute hospital setting. Computer proficiency. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in nursing or related field. Supervisory experience. Compensation Pay Range: $74.54–$117.65 per hour (base). Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities.
