Events Coordinator

Support planning and execution of all scheduled internal and external events Manage deadlines for multiple events Coordinate event needs with vendors, including signage, utilities, furniture, décor, and other event items Track costs and report financial concerns or liabilities Keep event costs within allocated budgets and communicate financial risks to the Event Director Plan event details and anticipate potential problems Create booth and room layouts covering traffic flow, queue space, and electrical and internet drop placement Travel to manage events onsite, including setup and teardown Audit event websites to ensure organizers follow brand guidelines and event services, prices, and specials are accurate Champion company policies, including safety, attendance, and security Report to the Manager, Events Requirements At least 2 years of experience supporting conventions, trade shows, festivals, sports/collectibles events, gaming events, or experiential activations Ability to remain calm under pressure, pivot quickly, and solve problems effectively Ability to work in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities Self-starter who is operationally minded and self-directed Collaborative with other departments Organized, with strong attention to detail Valid, unexpired Driver’s License required Valid, unexpired passport required Must be authorized to work in the United States Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in event planning and execution, with a strong focus on budget management, vendor coordination, and problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
