Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a difference this summer by supporting students as a contract Physical Therapist in a welcoming educational setting. This opportunity is perfect for a PT with experience or interest in providing exceptional care to school-aged children during an Extended School Year (ESY) program.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license
• Washington State ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification
• Previous pediatric, school-based, or related experience preferred
• Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a school environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy services to a caseload of 10-15 students participating in the ESY program
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized interventions to support student access to educational activities
• Keep accurate and timely documentation of student progress and required reports
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parent/guardians to ensure continuity of care
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings as needed

Assignment Details:

• Contract dates: July 6, 2026, through July 31, 2026
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5 hours per day, on-site only
• Help shape student skills and confidence during a focused summer program
