Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient position available in Belleville, Illinois. This outpatient therapy role involves evaluating and developing treatment plans for assigned patients, focusing on facilitating functional recovery and safe return to community activities. The position offers flexible daytime hours and is suitable for a licensed HCP with outpatient clinical experience.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 2 years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR Certification; active and applicable license for the State of Illinois.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior completion of assignments with agency or Select Medical.
• Additional Information: Performs comprehensive patient evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans aligned with physician orders and insurance approvals. Participates in student training and professional development activities. Ensures compliance with State Practice Act and maintains licensure in good standing. Demonstrates engagement with performance improvement initiatives and adheres to safety protocols focusing on patient and employee safety.
