Fitness Operations Lead Manage Staff & Programs
University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) is seeking a Coordinator, Fitness Operations to manage the Leonard J. Kaplan Center for Wellness fitness spaces and supervise a team of 30–40 student staff.
The role emphasizes staff development, customer service, safety, and equipment operation. Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Fitness, you will plan and oversee daily operations, budgeting, programming, and policy development while ensuring high standards of customer service
