Job Full Description

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:00pm

Pay: up to $34.00/HR based on experience

Duties:

Operate machine tools, including drill presses, weld positioners, and other shop equipment as required.
Fabricate, assemble, and weld steel frameworks according to project specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate measurements and layouts on parts.
Verify workpiece conformance to specifications using measuring tools (e.g., square, ruler, tape measure, caliper).
Perform basic math operations to complete layouts and calculations for fabrication.
Ensure high-quality welding, particularly in MIG and aluminum welding techniques.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in fabrication, assembly, and welding.
Proficiency in MIG welding and aluminum welding techniques.
Strong ability to read and measure with accuracy.
Familiarity with machine tools and equipment used in a fabrication shop.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
