Grow Your Practice. ** Simon Law Group, LLC is seeking a litigation attorney with 2+ years of experience in family law, PI, or civil litigation who is looking for greater autonomy, stronger earning potential, and meaningful courtroom experience. This is a commission-based position supported by consistent firm-generated case flow , making it an excellent opportunity for attorneys who are motivated, client-focused, and comfortable managing cases independently. A portable book of business is encouraged but not required .

• * Active New Jersey Bar license (required) **

Minimum 2+ years of litigation experience Experience in family law, divorce, custody, real estate/real property, estate work, probate, and/or disability/SSI/SSDI Strong courtroom presence and advocacy skills Excellent legal writing and research abilities Ability to manage deadlines and multiple matters efficiently Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset ** Compensation ** This is a commission-based role designed for attorneys who want to maximize their earnings .
