Canton Mancan is assisting a local Canton company to hire general laborers!

Job Title: Shop Help
Location: Canton, Ohio
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: Starting at $14.00/hour after 90-day review .50 cent raise offered.

Job Description:
We are looking for a full-time person to work in areas throughout the shop, including running machines, packing and shipping working 8:00am 4:30pm Monday Friday. We work overtime as necessary. The candidate will be moved to other work areas depending on workload and candidate ability. Candidate must be able to read and write, be able to read a tape measure (to 1/8 increments at least) and have organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Work full-time in various areas throughout the shop, including machine operation, packing, and shipping.
Operate machinery and equipment effectively and efficiently.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Adaptable to changing work areas based on workload and individual abilities.
Accurately read and write, with the ability to use a tape measure (to 1/8" increments or better) and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications:
Strong work ethic and a desire for long-term employment.
Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team.
Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks.
Valid driver's license preferred.
