Pharmacist Outpatient Infusion

This position is for an Ambulatory Infusion Pharmacist. The primary focus is on order review and verification. Responsibilities include preparation and dispensing of hazardous medications and non-hazardous medications for oncology patients and infusion therapy. Weekend requirements: none. First-time applicants are not accepted. Travel experience is required.

Experience: 2 years of infusion experience required License: State pharmacy license required Certifications: BLS, Board Certified, Chemo/Hazardous Drug Certification, PharmD Must-Have: - Experience in Ambulatory Care/Outpatient Clinic - Proficient in Chemotherapy, Compounding, High-alert medications, and Sterile Technique
