Interim Lead UX Designer

Interim Lead UX Designer Are you an experienced UX designer eager to lead the creation of seamless and engaging digital solutions? As an Interim Lead UX Designer, you'll take the helm in developing intuitive websites and software applications. Partner with our marketing, development teams, and executives to deliver innovative designs that revolutionize healthcare recruitment technology. Key responsibilities include: Design and guide digital experiences. Lead the development of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and software interfaces. Build and maintain scalable design systems to ensure cohesive and efficient user experiences. Conduct and oversee usability testing, user research, and data analysis to fine-tune designs. Introduce creative UX strategies to improve usability and satisfaction. Work with cross-functional groups, including marketing and development, to align designs with brand and business objectives. Share UX insights and strategies during team discussions to unify the user experience. Foster growth by mentoring junior designers and promoting a culture of collaboration. Establish user-centered design methods tailored for digital platforms. Advocate for accessible, high-performance, and user-friendly digital interactions. Research the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to drive creative solutions. Implement process improvements to keep the team at the forefront of UX design innovation. Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields (Master's preferred). Expertise with tools like Figma and platforms like Squarespace. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for cross-team collaboration. Proficiency in user research, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies. Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design standards (e.g., WCAG). Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira). Proven success in UX design for both websites and software.
