You’ll oversee day‑to‑day production across digital printing, signage, design, finishing/bindery, and related technology while ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery and excellent customer service. You’ll also coordinate vendor relationships and manage complex projects and supply‑chain needs to meet deadlines and quality standards. Key traits: organized, process‑oriented, tech‑savvy, team player, and customer‑focused. Experience in print or sign production, production scheduling, and basic project/vendor management preferred. Responsibilities Create and maintain a customer‑first, winning culture to carry out the vision and plans of the business. Work within an orderly and organized workflow while maintaining best‑in‑class industry standards. Communicate with employees on performance, safety requirements, and enforce company procedures and policies. Manage costs to achieve budget in the areas of materials, payroll, and variable expenses. Perform price bids on customized orders, vendor relations, and related tasks as required. Purchase materials, supplies, and equipment while controlling workflow and inventory use. Function in a fast‑paced environment, under time constraints, while meeting objectives for revenue and profit. Solve problems, make quick and accurate decisions, delegate tasks, and achieve goals. Plan, organize, schedule, and direct the activities of assigned team members. Communicate on a personal level to inspire commitment and trust. Be open to ideas of others, allowing them to participate in decision‑making. This is a salaried role, Monday through Friday. Requirements Minimum of 5 years printing, graphic arts, and digital design experience. Familiarity with current print and copy technology is expected. Solid production and/or manufacturing background desired. Mature and self‑confident; able to lead by example. A naturally inquisitive mind that loves to engineer unique solutions for clients. Open‑minded, receptive to change, and willing to learn new skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team. Strong understanding of technology, specifically printing and design software, web‑to‑print, and POS. Experience with business‑to‑business sales and relationships. Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Prepress, and RIP software. Compensation: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year. AlphaGraphics centers are independently owned and operated.
