Job Title: Entry Level Production Associate / Machine Operator

As a Production Associate, you will help support daily production operations by:

• Operating machines and equipment after receiving training
• Loading and unloading materials and parts
• Performing basic quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Monitoring machines and reporting any issues to supervisors
• Working with automotive parts and recycled materials
• Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Following all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Assisting in different departments as needed through cross-training
• Working with team members to meet daily production goals

• No experience required. Training provided.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, production, or general labor experience is a plus
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally
• Reliable transportation to work
• Basic English preferred, but not required

Work Environment

The role is based in a fast-paced industrial facility focused on automotive recycling, remanufacturing, and related production activities. Team members work with car parts, metal components, and scrap materials that are processed for resale, refurbishment, or scrap sales. The environment includes operating production machinery, using power tools and hand tools, and handling various automotive parts on the shop floor. Work is performed on-site, Monday through Friday, with a standard first shift from approximately 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and a second shift from approximately 3:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with overtime available based on production demands. The facility continues to grow through investments in new departments such as the CAT Department and recycled products, offering a stable yet evolving workplace with structured shifts and an emphasis on safety, organization, and adherence to PPE and industrial safety standards.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coventry, RI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
