General Production Associate Ligonier, IN Position Overview A large window and door manufacturer is currently seeking dependable candidates for a General Production Associate opportunity. This position works in a hands‑on manufacturing environment producing doors and related products. Schedule Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Pay Rate $19.98 per hour Job Responsibilities Operate small and large production machines used in door manufacturing Work on assembly lines building doors and finished products Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Machine doors for hardware installation Perform material preparation and material handling duties Stage and package finished products for shipment and delivery Assist with general warehouse and production tasks as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures Preferred Experience Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience Experience in commercial woodworking, millwork, cabinets, doors, or related industries is a plus General knowledge of building materials Ability to perform basic math and use hand‑held measuring tools Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is reliable, safety‑conscious, comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment, and able to perform hands‑on physical work throughout the shift. #J-18808-Ljbffr
