If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job Summary:The “Asset Management Specialist” will be based in Milpitas, California reporting to Equipment Engineering Manager.The Asset Management Specialist is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of company assets, from acquisition and retirement. What a typical day looks like:Responsible for tracking and maintaining $10M in assets including equipment, tools, hardware and software. Supports asset audits and compliance requirements while also supporting capital planning and asset replacement strategies.Drive Continuous Improvement of Utilization on key equipment areas(SMT, ICT AXI) Validate the exact capacity requirements based on business plans as part of Capex process Ensure capacity is right sized to meet the future business and technology requirements. Develop and support strategy to meet alternative capacity solutions for short burst needs (Rental , Oursource etc) Cooordinate, support and identify asset redeployment opportunities across Flex Operations. Work with internal and third parties to ensure inbound equipment delivery lead times and schedules are maintained on key projects.
