Registered Nurse RN – Skilled Nursing Community Join Stellar Senior Living as a Registered Nurse at La Villa Grande Care Center in Grand Junction, CO. This role supports the Director of Nursing and offers opportunities for clinical work and leadership. Responsibilities Practice nursing in alignment with community philosophy, policies, procedures, and state standards. Complete resident assessments. Provide direction and leadership to care staff. Train staff on medication administration and other care duties. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Valid, unrestricted RN license in the state of Colorado. Maintain Continuing Education Units (CEU) as required. Computer skills. Passion for caring for seniors.
