Key Responsibilities Develop and test technical solutions for computer repair issues. Assist engineers with research, testing, and data collection. Perform quality control testing, assembly, and maintenance. Analyze system requirements and implement improvements. Use SQL and databases to support analysis and reporting. Improve warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs. Collaborate with engineering, warehouse, customers, and suppliers. Maintain a safe, productive, and positive work environment. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (). Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting.
