We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising initiatives in New Braunfels, Texas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across paid social and search platforms, translating campaign data into actionable recommendations, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners. The successful candidate will bring a sharp eye for detail, strong analytical thinking, and a genuine interest in improving performance through testing and audience strategy.

Responsibilities:
• Support campaign launches and ongoing management across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and display advertising channels.
• Monitor live campaign activity, review pacing and delivery, and flag performance concerns or irregularities to the Paid Media Manager in a timely manner.
• Compile recurring performance updates, summarize key takeaways, and highlight trends that can inform optimization decisions.
• Build and manage ad test variations, track comparative results, and document learnings to strengthen messaging, creative, and targeting approaches.
• Contribute to audience segmentation, keyword discovery, exclusion list maintenance, and retargeting audience development to improve campaign efficiency.
• Organize creative assets and confirm that ads are current, properly labeled, accurately tagged, and deployed according to deadlines.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and agency contacts to help coordinate media activations and support continuous campaign improvements.
• Review tracking implementation, validate tagged links, and assist with attribution analysis to help maintain reliable reporting and measurement.
• Interpret campaign metrics to uncover opportunities for refinement and recommend practical steps that support stronger media performance.• 3+ years of experience in paid media, paid social, or digital campaign execution.
• Hands-on familiarity with advertising platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
• Demonstrated understanding of A/B testing, campaign analytics, and performance reporting.
• Ability to work with campaign data, identify meaningful patterns, and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail in tagging, tracking, and asset management.
• Capable of balancing multiple deadlines in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills when working with internal teams and external partners.
• Interest in automotive, racing, motorsports, or enthusiast-driven brands is a plus.
