IVIX.Space is a small early‐stage startup in Jeannette focused on social coordination, community building, and creative event planning. We’re in our “startup clubhouse” phase — working out of a temporary workspace while preparing to move into a full office in the City of Jeannette.

This role is simple, flexible, and perfect for someone who enjoys social environments, light admin work, and helping build something from the ground up. You’ll assist with scheduling, basic communication, organizing small gatherings, and supporting early IVIX projects.

We also host invite‐only IVIX gatherings, creative sessions, and IRL social‐network events. Early contributors are eligible for small early‐stage share allocations as we build the platform and expand the network.

No experience required — training provided.

Responsibilities:
• Light administrative tasks
• Helping organize small social meetups
• Basic communication and scheduling
• Supporting early IVIX projects
• Assisting with simple event coordination
• Helping maintain the IVIX Clubhouse workspace
• Optional participation in IVIX gatherings and creative sessions
