Now Hiring: Full-Time Paraprofessional
Location: Malvern, PA
Pay Rate: $25/hour
Schedule: Full-time, contract through the 26/27 school year

We are seeking a dedicated paraprofessional to provide individualized, one-on-one support to students in a school-based setting. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping students succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally while working alongside a collaborative team of educators.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver 1:1 instructional support tailored to student needs
Assist teachers with lesson implementation and classroom activities
Encourage positive social, emotional, and behavioral growth
Work closely with teachers and staff to monitor student progress
Track and document student performance and daily behaviors
Help maintain a structured, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a paraprofessional or similar support role preferred
Strong ability to work with students requiring individualized attention
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Patient, adaptable, and student-focused mindset
Any relevant certifications or training are a plus
