Description ++Extended on 10 September 2026++ Rank: Radiographer I Department / Hospital: Department of Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology, Queen Elizabeth Hospital; OR Diagnostic Radiology Department, Kowloon Hospital Pay: HK$61,618 – HK$89,978 (HGPS Point 25 to 33A) per month including Monthly Allowance Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance. Key Responsibilities: Take charge of the technological aspects of a diagnostic imaging room and perform relevant administrative duties. Perform diagnostic imaging examinations and ensure the delivery of high quality diagnostic radiology service and smooth running of daily operation. Supervise junior radiographers and supporting staff and train students from academic institutions. Support imaging services of cluster hospitals of Queen Elizabeth Hospital/ Kowloon Hospital/ Hong Kong Buddhist Hospital if necessary. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s). Entry Requirements: A degree in Radiography from a local university or equivalent; and Be a registered Part I (full registration) Radiographer (Diagnostic) and have a valid Practicing Certificate under the Allied Health Professions Ordinance; and 3 years’ experience as a Radiographer; and (See Remarks 3) Acquired adequate / relevant experience in respective special imaging modalities. (Note: Please refer to the List of Equivalent Qualifications for appointment to the Radiographer Job sub-family: Preferable Attributes/Exposure: Enrolled in a postgraduate professional specialty training (e.g. Master Degree, HA Advanced Specialty Program or equivalent). Contribution to professional development including research, teaching and training. Fluency in written English and Chinese as well as spoken English and Cantonese. Completion of Training and Development Program for Newly Recruited Allied Health Professionals. Communication skill. Empathy. Commitment to patient care. Leadership. Interpersonal skills.
