Financial Performance Reporting Manager

Overseeing the maintenance of accurate financial records, the full-time remote Financial Performance Reporting Manager will prepare monthly financial reports, conduct complex financial analyses, and ensure timely reporting to support healthcare services. Key responsibilities Produce and analyze complex financial and statistical reports Generate and review ad-hoc reports related to quality, cost, and effectiveness of healthcare services Provide financial and business analysis, presenting findings and recommendations to upper management Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare or insurance industry Strong understanding of financial reporting and risk management
