Essential Responsibilities: Take a hands-on leadership approach to support the Company’s vision, brand, and operational standards. Uphold elevated service and hospitality standards while holding Team Members accountable to consistent execution. Coach, train, motivate, and develop Team Members in hospitality, service, menu execution, systems, and company programs. Lead by example while creating a positive, guest-focused team environment. Identify solutions and opportunities for process improvement to strengthen restaurant operations. Support labor management, scheduling, and overall operational performance. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Minimum 1 year of restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume leadership experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Guest-focused, solution-oriented, and passionate about developing Team Members. Ability to multitask and succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs., and perform physical duties required by the position. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods. Food Handler’s certification may be required based on local or state regulations.
