MLR is partnering with a local health system to place a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in a full-time, permanent role in Mena, Arkansas. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment, providing essential rehabilitation services.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Physical Therapists with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education.
- Monitor and report patient progress.
- Implement treatment plans, ensuring patient safety.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Educate patients on home exercises and body mechanics.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
- Arkansas state license or eligibility.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
