We are seeking a warm, friendly, and dependable Certified Medical Assistant who also enjoys working at the front desk to become an integral part of our team.

This is not your typical sterile medical setting. Our small, close-knit staff creates a supportive, vibrant, and patient-centered environment. We are a calm office, but not a slow one. Our days are full and require someone who enjoys staying engaged, multitasking, and keeping things running smoothly with a steady, positive energy.

• Organized, reliable, and able to multitask effectively
• Calm, professional, and enjoys working with people
• Takes initiative and follows through without needing close supervision
• Comfortable supporting both clinical care and front desk responsibilities
• Interest in health, wellness, and holistic care

Responsibilities Include:

• Patient intake, vital signs, and assisting providers during visits
• Performing EKGs, flu and COVID testing
• Administering injections, training available if needed
• Assisting with medication and treatment authorizations
• Ordering and maintaining medical and office supplies
• Preparing and cleaning treatment rooms
• Supporting front desk operations as needed, including:
  • Patient check-in and check-out
  • Scheduling and phone management
  • Collecting payments and scanning documents
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked office environment

Compensation and Schedule:

• $18 to $23 per hour, depending on experience
• Full-time position, with part-time flexibility for the right candidate

Benefits:

• Paid time off

Schedule: Monday through Friday with staggered shifts between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM. Team members rotate between opening and closing shifts throughout the week.

Experience:

• EMR systems: 1 year minimum (Preferred)

• Vital signs: 1 year (Preferred)

• Medical administration/front desk or customer service experience (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)

• BLS Certification (Preferred)

Work Location: JOHNS ISLAND - In person. PREFER CANDIDATE LIVES WITHIN CLOSE PROXIMITY. (Ex. Johns Island, Wadmalaw, James Island, West Ashley)
