Director of Leasing

We are seeking a Director of Leasing to lead leasing strategy and execution across a San Francisco commercial real estate portfolio. Reporting to senior leadership, this individual will own lease-up programs for stabilization-phase assets, manage a multi-site tenant base, and drive occupancy and revenue performance across the portfolio. The ideal candidate brings deep Bay Area market knowledge, a broker's commercial instincts, and operational discipline to manage competing priorities across multiple assets simultaneously.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIE

• SLead leasing strategy and execution for a multi-site, multi-tenant commercial portfolio in San Francisco, with particular focus on lease-up asset
• sDevelop and maintain strong broker relationships; manage the external brokerage community to maximize deal flow and qualified prospect pipelin
• eNegotiate and execute leases, renewals, and amendments from LOI through execution, coordinating with legal and asset management team
• sEstablish leasing velocity targets and reporting cadence; track KPIs including absorption rates, leasing spreads, and tenant retentio
• nPartner with asset management and construction/TI teams to align space readiness with leasing timeline
• sConduct ongoing market research and competitive positioning analysis to inform pricing, concessions, and deal structure
• sManage tenant relationships throughout the lease term to support retention and early renewal activit
• yRepresent the firm in tenant presentations, broker events, and market-facing setting

• NS5+ years of commercial leasing experience, with demonstrated success in lease-up environments and multi-tenant asse
• tsBrokerage background strongly preferr
