- We are looking for skilled professional with 2-4 years of experience in Worker's Compensation (our 60% claims are related to WC) . We're seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable individual to join our team and make a significant impact in incident claim liability mitigation through collaborative efforts with internal and external stakeholders and managing high case loads <900.
- ssociates Degree in Business, Risk Management or related field.
- Claim Litigations experience.
- 2-4 years of adjudicating worker's compensation and general liability claims at a high volume.
- Should be in 30 minutes drive of Rochester, NY
- Experience of managing end to end claims.
- Experience managing a third party insurance agent like Traveler's insurance.
- Claims Adjuster License.
- Multi-state claims management.
- Bonus Points will be given to experience of working at an insurance firm, especially with Travelers.
- Conduct thorough investigations into worker's compensation claims.
- ssess and analyze claim information to ensure accurate and fair settlements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for effective claims resolution.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Provide expert guidance and support to ensure a smooth claims process.
- ssociates degree in Business, Risk Management or related field is required
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience primarily in Worker's Compensation and General liability claims.
- In-depth knowledge of claim investigation and settlement processes.
- Familiarity with relevant laws, multi-state regulations, and industry best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
