Job Title : SAP S/4HANA Plan-to-Report (P2R) Business Readiness Lead / Consultant Location : Dearborn, MI Duration : Long term Job Description: Bachelor's degree in related field You should have strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and business process transformation. You should have proven functional experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and SAP Controlling (CO). You should have solid experience with Plan-to-Report (P2R) and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes. You should have experience supporting period-end and year-end financial close activities. You should have experience with financial reporting, account reconciliations, and financial data validation . You should have experience working with internal controls, compliance, and audit requirements within SAP environments. You should have experience translating business requirements into SAP functional requirements, process designs, and solution specifications. Ability to communicate technical AI concepts effectively to business and leadership stakeholders
