Job Description
We are seeking skilled welders to join our team for a large-scale project involving structural steel. This position requires proficiency in MIG welding and involves working with structural steel of up to 2 inches thick.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on structural steel components.
- Interpret and work from blueprints to ensure accurate welding.
- Collaborate effectively within a team of up to three people.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the work environment.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in MIG welding.
- Experience with structural steel, ideally with thicknesses up to 2 inches.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Strong teamwork capabilities.
Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Worthington, OH.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
