Responsibilities

• Coordinate parts replacement, returns, and service requests across internal teams
• Support product upgrades, modifications, and new product releases

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years troubleshooting mechanical or electrical equipment with diagnostic tools
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and electrical diagrams
• Technical support experience in help desk, service, or field support environment
• Service activity documentation and ticketing/case management system experience
• Software and firmware update experience with basic IT and networking knowledge
• Medical device support or regulated environment experience preferred

Compensation: $60,000-$82,500 base
