Clinic Manager – The Joint Chiropractic
Salary: $45,000 per year + Bonuses & Incentives
The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a motivated and results-driven Clinic Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional patient experience. This is a great opportunity for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and oversee operations across 10 clinic locations within the Atlanta area, including Buford Mall, Dacula, Decatur, Flowery Branch, Lawrenceville, Loganville, North Druid Hills, Snellville, Sugar Hill, Tucker.
- Lead, coach, and develop front desk and wellness staff.
- Drive sales, memberships, and patient retention.
- Monitor performance metrics and achieve business goals.
- Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Maintain operational standards and compliance.
- Travel between clinics as needed to provide leadership and operational support.
- Full-time position – clinics are open 7 days a week; schedules may vary based on business needs.
Qualifications
- Leadership or management experience (healthcare, retail, or service industry preferred).
- Strong sales and customer service background.
- Excellent communication and team‑building skills.
- Results‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.
