The LandCare Support Center Internship Program is designed to provide college students with the opportunity to further explore their academic interests in a living business environment. Over the course of the internship, candidates will have the ability to work within the various business functions that make up our LandCare Support Center. These functions include:

• Information Technology
• Accounting and Finance
• Business Strategy
• Operations
• Human Resources
• Payroll
• Benefits

Along with the ability to explore all of these business functions we also offer more in-depth time in each area if you would prefer narrower focus. Interns will learn the ins and outs of working within a decentralized business and contribute to real initiatives within LandCare to move the business forward.

In-depth Orientation – LandCare is a company built on a people first culture! You will spend time with current team members to learn about their functional areas expertise and understand how our company fosters growth.

Cross-training - This is a great opportunity to learn and explore what interests you in the business world. This will help you find your perfect niche.

Mentor Program - You will have a dedicated mentor passionate about helping you achieve your goals and support this learning process!

Career Opportunities - After a successful completion of our internship, you may be eligible for full-time opportunities after graduation.

Interact with Senior Management – The leaders within each of our functional business areas are available to share their stories and provide guidance and feedback during your internship.

Management Training – No matter what discipline you are interested in, our program provides you the opportunity to develop your management skills.
