What You'll Do:

• Lead the planning and execution of payload-level test operations across multiple products, ensuring thorough, accurate, and consistent results.
• Develop and maintain test strategies, documentation, and workflows for the verification and validation of complex payload hardware.
• Lead the day-to-day activities of a small team of engineers and technicians, coordinating priorities, addressing obstacles, and supporting program objectives.
• Drive test readiness, sequencing, configuration control, and execution across environmental, functional, and system-level test campaigns.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and program leadership to resolve technical issues, communicate test status and risks, and support schedule, resource, and milestone planning.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 10+ years of Leadership experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Earned Value Management (EVM)
• 10+ years of experience in radio frequency(RF).
• 10+ years of experience in stress testing and RF test equipment.
• 10+ years of systems background or electronic design experience at the hardware layer.

What Sets You Apart:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Master's Degree.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management processes (EVMS) and variance reporting.
• Experience leading integration and test activities for space payloads, spacecraft buses, or other complex aerospace systems.
• Background in developing or executing verification and validation plans for hardware involving environmental testing, functional testing, or space‑qualification processes.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and software subsystems commonly used in space hardware and how they interact during integration.
• Ability to interpret system‑level requirements and translate them into actionable integration and test strategies.
• Experience establishing and managing test facilities, ground support equipment, or specialized test assets used for space payload or vehicle integration.
• Good capability in root‑cause analysis and leading resolution of issues discovered during integration or test execution.
• Familiarity with automation and scripting languages (LabVIEW, Python, Perl, Ruby, PuTTy, MobaXTerm, Visual Studio code).
• Experience with RF measurements and testing, tools, and test equipment (Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Logic Analyzers, Signal Generators, O-Scopes, and RF Test Equipment).
• Previous test role.

Additional Information:

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
• Participate in on‑site testing at internal facilities or partner locations, with travel needed up to 10–20%.
• Requires an active TS/SCI Secret clearance.
